btw, In Dressing room page, if you move your mouse to upper-right corner in black area, you can enable some more options for armors (NPC light/med/heavy and underwear in all race/colors).

- FIX: changed a bit how mob star rating is displayed. for named/boss, value is taken from database. every other mob follows the formula: star=floor((loot_quality+50-region_force)/10); and if star is <=0, it's 1x. Should be accurate enough.

- Dressing room is generating multi layer gif image for downloading, so it's possible to fix armor part overlaping.

- NPC & Tribe list was buggy. for example all tribes that didnt have alignment/race, got defaulted to kami/fyros. it's fixed now.
- Took the time and messed with XP Calc base xp formula. It's now possible to figure out how much theoretical xp you get from 100 lvl's higher than highest skill used. yay:-) (findings added at the end)
